On the afternoon of the first day, there were two panels. The first, on public policies for youth, featured Pedro Abrantes (U.A.), Teresa Seabra (Iscte), João Teixeira Lopes (FLUP) and Francisco Neves (IPDJ).
The second discussed the cultural and artistic practices of young people in the contemporary world, with contributions from Alix Didier Sarrouy (FCSH), Ricardo Campos (FCSH), Carla Malafaia (FPCEUP) and Alexandre Barbosa Pereira (UFSP).
